Refund policy

Studio 20/20 has a no refund policy—however we offer studio credit for cancelled bookings.

Here’s how it works:

• we are happy to reschedule your shoot if given 48 hours notice prior to your reservation.
• In the event that you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you will be charged for the full value of the reservation.

If you choose to re-schedule your shoot, a 25 percent rescheduling fee will be applied.
